The location was stunning and incredible in a decent area, next to a friendly well run pub with very comfortable rooms, Penzance harbour, and the ferry for Isle of Scilly. Moreover, I could reach Grand Casino Amusements by walking. The breakfast was incredible and lovely with good offerings, and the food was brilliant.

The location is stunning and particularly good, near bus station. The place to order lunch around 10-15 minutes walk from the property is Blacks of Chapel Street. At the English bar they serve fab food and drinks.

The hotel was clean, facilities were good, convenient and handy location close enough to the Train Station, the Scillies ferry terminal, and the ferry to Isles of Scilly. I loved the room with views of the harbour, the bed was very clean.

Clean place with incredible view of the harbor. So very helpful, attentive staff towards all guests. Handy location for our visit to Penlee House Gallery and Museum just a short walk away from the hotel. Based very close to the ferry port for the Scillonian ferry to the Isles of Scilly as well as the center of town. Such a really good stay on Sunday night.
